Property Description

Circa 12.08 hectares (c.29.87 acres) of good quality grazing lands together with farm buildings for sale at Kilmeena, Westport, Co. Mayo.

Folio MY 18692 \" comprises in circa 5.24 hectares in three divisions. The largest of the divisions, c. 4.22 hectares (c.10.48 acres) is the tip of a peninsula situate at Rosdooaun, Kilmeena and would be considered good quality grazing land with spectacular views over the bay and beyond. The lands are situate in an elevated position and are accessed from the shore, which is lead to via a right of way. There is further division included in this folio, namely c.0.95 hectares (c.2.38 acres) of good quality grazing land, which run from the local access road upwards in an elevated position.

Folio MY 18697 \" comprises c.2.84 hectares (c.7.01 acres). This plot runs alongside the smaller plot listed in Folio MY18692. The land is accessed off the local road and runs upwards from the road into a larger plot at the shore the far side of the peninsula. The land is again very good quality.

Folio MY 18694 \" comprises c.3.73 hectares (c.9.21 acres) in three divisions. The largest divisions which runs alongside the plot at the tip of the peninsula listed in Folio MY 18692 comprises 2.43 hectares (c.6 acres) of very good quality land and is similar in layout and quality of that listed in the aforementioned Folio, namely MY18692. In addition, there is another plot of c.1.12 hectares (c.2.77 acres) which is situate between two plots mentioned above.
